WHAT CAN WE GET DONE IN 2 DAYS? A LOT! HERE'S HOW WE DO IT ....

  • 2 Hour energizing session with C-suite to put a finger on the pulse of the organization and identify top frustrations and pride points in the area of engagement. I ask questions, you provide answers - together we find the lowest hanging fruit for your organization.

  • We follow that with - a 90-minute working session with HR to gain vital information about the strengths of the people working at your company. I will also examine your structure and current systems to measure performance and provide any insights and tips of easy ways to increase effectiveness and decrease frustration.

  • I’ll then spend the afternoon with your frontline managers instructing, informing and inspiring them to become more connected with the people they manage. They will leave energized and empowered to make meaningful changes that will move them from mere supervisors to powerful coaches of people. 
  • Day Two starts where we left off with managers the day before as we continue to explore the 8 Qualities of Connected Managers and key ways to implement those qualities.



  • The learning and growth continues through a working lunch and culminated with a 2-hour workshop where managers will create plans of connection for each person they manage.

  • We end Day 2 with a circle back with C-Suite and HR to give real-time observations about the strengths and opportunities for connection in your company.
