Organizational Incongruence is the discrepancy between the actual experience of your employees and the picture the organization has of itself. Although incongruence can be present at any time in any size organization, it is most often seen when companies grow beyond 50 employees, when major leadership changes happen in the organization, and/or when rapid growth occurs. This makes sense! While in pursuit of market growth, leadership is typically and understandably focused outward. Meanwhile patterns and behaviors can grow internally that are out of line with who the organization claims to be.

PHASE ONE:
Rapid Crucial Assessment and Information Transfer (smooth and swift audit of areas that have the greatest impact on congruence)
PHASE TWO:
Comprehensive Report (clear, concise and precise diagnosis of your organization's incongruence)
PHASE THREE:
Prioritized Tactical Roadmap (prioritized, planned course of action with resource allocation to which everyone can be held accountable)
PHASE FOUR:
On-going Support and Plan Modification (real time course correction, accountability and expertise and additional resources)
*all time estimates are calendar and scheduling dependent
Rapid Crucial Assessment and Information Transfer (smooth and swift audit of areas that have the greatest impact on congruence)
- Individual interviews with C-suite and leadership (capped at 15 individual interviews)
- Anonymous short survey to staff
- Group interview (focus group) with randomly selected 10-15 employees
- Audit of policies, benefits, internal communications, organizational structure, activities, compensation plan, etc.
PHASE TWO:
Comprehensive Report (clear, concise and precise diagnosis of your organization's incongruence)
- Summary of interviews and findings (areas of congruence and incongruence/scale of congruency)
- Outline of solutions for incongruence and recommendations to increase congruence. Examples: align employee benefits with organizational values, create norms for meetings, revamp performance assessment process, reduce number of direct reports for managers, remove non-performing leaders, enhance onboarding process, create a compensation philosophy, increase internal communication, simplify communication channels, etc.
PHASE THREE:
Prioritized Tactical Roadmap (prioritized, planned course of action with resource allocation to which everyone can be held accountable)
- Work with you to create step-by-step robust plan for implementation of changes– starting with what hurts the most.
- Plan includes: action needed, impact, roadblocks, immediate pain easer, resource allocation – time, energy, money, talent/humans, next steps and deadlines.
- Includes rapid response as well as long term response.
PHASE FOUR:
On-going Support and Plan Modification (real time course correction, accountability and expertise and additional resources)
- Check-ins with Jenné (for up to 1 year after start of engagement) to provide accountability, assess progress on roadmap, advise strategies to overcome roadblocks, adjust plan as needed – this is a living plan, not "set-it-and-forget-it"
- Also includes meeting recording, comprehensive notes and clear outline of action items

Time and timing
Due to the intensity and thoroughness of this program I am only able to offer it to a limited number of clients. The entire program extends for one year from the start date, can be started at any time, and is designed to be renewed annually. Once you commit, we can start when mutually agreeable. The assessment, report and roadmap will take place in the first quarter of our engagement. After that, our check-ins will be timed according to what you need.
Investment
Your commitment to this program includes a one-time fee of $73,000 which secures everything outlined - Assessment, Report, Roadmap and Support. It will also require a commitment, time and energy on your part.
